All projects begin with a roadmap. The plans are made in stages, including a site map, floor plan, elevation, and 3D renders. The sit-down meeting with the client is where the magic begins. We share samples and understand your needs, tastes, wants, and preferences until we reach a shared vision.
Site Visit
Once we’ve reached a shared vision for the project, it’s time to visit & survey the site. We study the location, noting down all the necessary information, and take the reference images required to start drawing up the plans. After this, we start crafting the site plan, ensuring that it aligns with the area’s zoning code.
2D Designs
Success is 90% planning and 10% execution. This is especially true for such a complex undertaking as a construction or real estate project. Various types of detailed plans are essential to set the boundaries for every aspect of a home or building. These include the Structural, Roofing, Landscape, Elevation, Floor, & Electrical plans.
3D Renders
Finally, before the first brick can be laid, we use the incredible power of 3D animation software to visualize how exactly the space will look.
